LinkedIn can look at the wider pattern around an account: → how quickly activity changes → how regular the timing looks → how many profiles, searches, invitations, and messages happen together → how often people reply, accept, ignore, or report the outreach → whether the browser, device, IP, and location remain consistent → the age, history, and previous warnings attached to the account So a hard daily limit alone cannot make an aggressive tool safe. If a quiet account suddenly sends, searches, and views profiles like software, that change still looks weird.
