If your team works on LinkedIn but reports in the CRM, part of your sales activity is always missing. Contacts are copied by hand. DMs stay buried in LinkedIn. Managers can see emails, calls, and meetings in HubSpot, but not the conversations reps are having on LinkedIn. TalkToHumans connects the two.

1. Connect your CRM

Go to Settings → Integrations and connect your account: You will then be prompted to choose how your contact and company fields should map. We apply sensible defaults automatically: TalkToHumans might contain thousands of contacts, including personal and professional connections. That does not mean all of them belong in your CRM, so here’s how it works:
  1. Existing contacts that match your CRM contacts are automatically linked
  2. Contacts that aren’t yet in your CRM are not created automatically. Instead, you can push specific contacts from the sidebar:

3. Keep new LinkedIn DMs in your CRM automatically

Once a contact is linked, new LinkedIn DMs are automatically logged in Hubspot as LinkedIn activities: You can keep working from the TalkToHumans inbox  while the missing activity is automatically synced to your CRM.

4. Send messages or schedule sequences directly from your CRM

When you’re on a contact page in your CRM, clicking the “DM” button will open a chat sidebar directly on the page:
