Setting up TalkToHumans takes a few minutes.
And yes, there is no LinkedIn password to hand over:
Create your account, install the Chrome extension, let the first sync run. That’s it.
1. Create your account
Sign up at https://app.talktohumans.app/ and follow the onboarding steps.
You become the admin of your organization by default. From there you can invite teammates whenever you’re ready.
2. Install the Chrome extension
Without the extension, TalkToHumans cannot interact with your LinkedIn account.
The extension connects to the LinkedIn session already open in your browser.
As long as you’re logged into LinkedIn in the same Chrome profile where the extension is installed, we connect automatically.
LinkedIn sees the same browser, device, IP, and session it would see if you clicked yourself. This is the foundation of everything described in Why it’s safer.
3. Let the first sync run
Before you can work from your inbox, TalkToHumans needs to sync your existing conversations, invitations, and connections.
For large accounts (10k+ connections, years of conversations), this takes a while, because we sync in the safest way possible rather than the fastest one.
If you can, leave the app open in a browser tab for half a day and let the sync complete in one go. Otherwise it resumes each time you open the app, which works fine but takes longer.
