+ button.2
Name the decision

Warm replies, Follow up this week, or Paris founders.Pick an icon and add a short description if teammates will use it too. Contact and company views can use a table or map layout.3
Add filters

F whenever you want to reopen the filters.4
Choose the sort order

5

J and K to move forward and backward while keeping the current view as your queue.Useful view ideas
Replies that need attention
Filter around inbound replies, unread state, response status, or last message direction. Use this as a daily response queue.Follow-ups due soon
Filter around scheduled state and the next step date. This gives you one place to review what will send before it runs.Warm leads
Filter on a sharedWarm lead tag, then sort by last message date. This keeps real conversations separate from inbox noise.
Pending invitations
Build a contact view around received or sent invitation state. You can review connection requests without digging through native LinkedIn.Contacts in a location
Create a contact view, choose Map, and filter by country or city. Enriched location data makes the map more useful.Bring-your-own-data lists
Add an ICP score, CRM stage, owner, or segment through a custom contact field, then filter and sort on it.Change columns in contact and company views
Contact and company tables let you choose which columns appear and drag them into the order you want. Each view keeps its own layout, so a prospecting view can show different context from an enrichment review. Inbox columns are opinionated and cannot currently be customized the same way.Manage visible and hidden views
Hover over a view section in the sidebar and click the settings icon. From there you can: β Reorder views.β Move views between visible and hidden groups.
β Edit or duplicate a view.
β Restore a hidden default such as Archived.
