  <Accordion title="Is TalkToHumans safe to use with LinkedIn?">
    No LinkedIn tool is completely risk-free. TalkToHumans uses the LinkedIn session already open in your browser, so you never share your password. It also adds conservative caps, pacing, spacing, and timing variation. Read [Why it’s safer](/docs/product/getting-started/safer) for the full explanation.

  <Accordion title="Why is TalkToHumans inbox-first?">
    LinkedIn work becomes valuable when someone replies. TalkToHumans starts from contacts and conversations so you can see the person, personalize the next step, and manage the relationship after the first touch. Sequences still work for cold outreach, but you apply and review them one person at a time instead of launching a detached campaign.

  <Accordion title="Can I use TalkToHumans without leaving LinkedIn?">
    Yes. The [smart embed](/docs/product/contacts/smart-embed) appears on supported LinkedIn profiles. You can import the person, add tags or notes, check relationship and sequence context, then open the TalkToHumans message sidebar beside the profile.

  <Accordion title="Does my browser need to stay open?">
    Yes, when a LinkedIn action becomes due. Chrome must be running, the extension must be enabled, and LinkedIn must be logged into the matching account. The TalkToHumans tab does not need to stay in the foreground. If the browser path is unavailable, scheduled work waits.

  <Accordion title="How do I follow up after a campaign reply goes quiet?">
    Reply inside the TalkToHumans chat, then write the next informal nudge before you leave. Schedule it for later with **Stop if person replies** enabled. If the person answers first, TalkToHumans cancels it. If the thread stays quiet, the follow-up sends. You do not need to create another campaign or remember a separate task.

  <Accordion title="Which actions use credits?">
    Profile and company enrichment and AI actions use credits. Email and phone lookups charge only when TalkToHumans finds the requested contact detail. During the trial, background enrichment pauses after using half of the 100 trial credits.

  <Accordion title="What can the TalkToHumans MCP do?">
    It can search contacts and conversations, import and enrich profiles, update tags or notes, save message and connection-note drafts, and report on team activity. It does not send LinkedIn messages for you. You still review the person and choose the action in TalkToHumans.

  <Accordion title="Does TalkToHumans replace Dripify, HeyReach, or another sequencer?">
    It can, if you want controlled, high-personalization outreach. TalkToHumans covers connection requests, acceptance-aware messages, scheduled follow-ups, replies, and contact management. Teams that still need large campaigns often keep a sequencer for acquisition, then use TalkToHumans to manage replies and schedule the small in-chat nudges that keep real conversations moving.

  <Accordion title="What happens after the 7-day trial?">
    The workspace returns to Free unless you upgrade. Free keeps core inboxes, tags, notes, templates, LinkedIn import, and safety limits, with a message watermark. Paid-only workflows stop requiring the paid feature until the workspace upgrades.
