# 🎁 Referrals

Know someone who would enjoy a less painful LinkedIn inbox? Every workspace member gets a permanent referral link.

Your friend can get their first month of Starter or Pro free. Your workspace earns one free month after they become a paying customer.

## Share your link in a conversation

    TalkToHumans never sends it automatically. If a draft or attachment already exists, the app asks before replacing it.

## What your friend gets

An eligible new customer receives:

→ Up to 7 days of Pro during the normal trial.\
→ Their first month of Starter or Pro free after adding a card and upgrading.

The discount covers one seat at the current monthly price of the chosen plan. Extra seats, credits, enrichment, email and phone finding, AI usage, and add-ons remain payable. On an annual plan, the discount is still worth one monthly seat price.

## What the referrer gets

Your reward becomes pending after the referred workspace adds a valid payment method and passes qualification.

It becomes earned after that workspace pays its first positive Starter or Pro subscription invoice. A fully discounted first invoice, failed payment, or cancellation before a real payment does not earn the reward.

An earned reward:

→ Does not expire.\
→ Covers one seat at your workspace's current monthly Starter or Pro price.\
→ Applies to an eligible subscription invoice.\
→ Uses at most one reward per invoice.

Monthly workspaces can use stacked rewards over consecutive invoices. Annual workspaces can use at most one reward on each annual invoice.

## Who qualifies?

Referral attribution is for genuinely new customers.

The referred person must create a new owner workspace within the eligibility window. Joining an existing workspace through a team invitation does not count. Self-referrals and reused LinkedIn identities are excluded.

If the selected contact is already known to use TalkToHumans, the referral action stays hidden.

## Track rewards

The referral dialog shows the workspace link, pending rewards, earned free months, and any LinkedIn qualification still needed.
