# 💳 Plans & credits

TalkToHumans has Free, Starter, and Pro plans. Your plan determines which features you can use. Credits pay for actions where an external provider charges us each time.

## Your 7-day Pro trial

New workspaces start with 7 days of Pro and 100 trial credits. That gives you enough room to test follow-ups, sequences, enrichment, AI actions, email and phone finding, API, and MCP.

If you do not upgrade, the workspace returns to Free after the trial. You can keep using the basic inbox workflows.

## Automatic enrichment during the trial

Opening an empty contact profile is not very helpful, so TalkToHumans enriches new contact profiles automatically by default.

During the trial, background auto-enrichment can use up to 50% of your 100 trial credits. Once 50 credits remain, it pauses. We keep the other half available for things you choose to run yourself, such as an AI action or a contact lookup.

You can still see and work contacts that have not been enriched yet. Their profile simply has less context until you enrich it later.

## What consumes credits?

Credits are used for variable-cost actions:

→ profile and company enrichment
→ work email lookup, charged only when an email is found
→ mobile phone lookup, charged only when a number is found
→ AI actions

  No email or phone result? No charge. Credits are deducted only when the lookup finds the requested contact detail.

## Check your balance

Go to **Settings → Usage & plans** to see the shared workspace balance, plan, trial state, and upgrade options.

All members can see the balance. Admins manage billing, seats, plan changes, and additional credits.

## Included credits and add-ons

Paid seats add monthly credits to the shared workspace. If the team needs more enrichment, AI actions, or contact lookups, an admin can choose a larger credit tier or buy more credits where available.

More credits let the team run more of those actions. They do not change LinkedIn action caps.

## When you downgrade

Your synced workspace data remains, but features above the new plan stop being available. Pending paid-feature workflows may not run without the required plan, so review scheduled steps before changing plans.
